I’m excited to share the story of my new restaurant with you. For over 15 years, I have produced high-quality ham products, honed my skills, and perfected my craft.
When I moved to the United States, I worked many challenging jobs but never lost my passion for food. I worked at meat plants, learning all about the production and preparation of meat products. I also served and managed restaurants. This is where I gained valuable experience in the industry. After years of hard work and dedication, I am thrilled to open my own restaurant. I can now showcase my skills and passion for food.
I am eager to share my knowledge and techniques with you. Cured Restaurant & Salumeria will feature a menu highlighting my handcrafted hams and other delicious dishes that I have perfected over the years. Food should be made with care and attention to detail. That’s why I use only the highest quality ingredients and time-tested processes in my cooking.
I hope Cured becomes a destination for food lovers who appreciate quality and flavor. Come linger and delight.
